far beyond my expectations
I am a handyman and ordered a round steel cover plate for a customer’s business flooring. Steelfreak asked for more info as to its specific use. And for some photos of the flooring it would be installed over, for a better match. They made suggestions as to its size and finish. Also asked if I would like the mounting holes drilled, etc. This made things so much easier - and better - for my job. The finished product far exceeded what I was originally thinking. And their level of care and service blew me away!

This grate is as advertised and seriously heavy duty. True to advertised measurements, it fits nicely in the fireplace. Appreciate the fact that it's American made and it definitely outclasses the junk being sold in the big box stores. Should last a very long time.
