18 Inch Classic Style Round Fire Pit Grate

IMPORTANT NOTE 1: All grates are hand-made, and as such the diameter can vary by up to 1/2 inch. To ensure that your grate will fit in your fire pit, please select a diameter that is at least 1 inch smaller than the diameter of your fire pit.

IMPORTANT NOTE 2:We recently discontinued applying the temporary black coating to our grates and now ship them in their raw steel finish. The paint was intended to minimize rusting during warehousing and shipping of the grate. It was not intended to survive the first few fires or continue to protect the grate after installation. As this coating was applied purely for initial cosmetic appearance and is completely unnecessary for the grate to function, we have decided to remove this unnecessary step from our production process to keep costs down and reduce the environmental impact of our grates. This does mean some surface rust is to be expected when the grate arrives, but rest assured this will burn off and be replaced by soot and creosote each time you burn a fire on the grate.
